The Cross Creek Initiative utilizes cutting-edge strategies at every stage of the high performance building delivery cycle from pre-design to post-occupation in order to ensure that building envelope performance exceeds Owner requirements.  

We also work closely with design and construction teams from the specification of materials to mock-up construction and recommended ASTM testing procedures, including but not limited to thermal imaging, moisture penetration detection and blower door testing.
