High Performance Building

Dr. Charles Kibert PhD, P.E., CEO and founder of CCI and his team provide expertise to owners, developers, architects, government, engineers, contractors, and operations & maintenance staff to facilitate the delivery of high performance, green commercial and institutional buildings. CCI provides programming, project management, systems definition, design management and integration, systems selection, low energy and water system design consultation, and assistance in the production of design and construction contracts.

CCI offers organizational and professional training on issues of green building from single day to week-long courses. CCI can also organize and conduct the design charrette for the building owner and design team to help insure the best possible solutions for each building are developed with the participation of all the major stakeholders.

CCI has helped produce numerous green buildings using the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Standard, and GBI's Green Globes Certification Program.
