The worldwide acceptance and adoption of sustainable construction and maintenance practices has coincided with the ever more important task of managing costs, conserving energy and maximizing system performance for existing buildings.

The most effective means of gaining a better understanding of facility energy use and the strategies that may be employed to improve energy efficiency is through an energy audit.

The Cross Creek Initiative, Inc. performs ASHRAE compliant Level I (Basic), Level II (Intermediate) and Level III (Advanced) energy audits.  Our energy audits comply with the USGBC's LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance rating system requirements as well as those of the Green Building Initiative's Continual Improvement of Existing Buildings protocol.
