Dr. Charles Kibert PhD, P.E., CEO and founder of The Cross Creek Initiative, Inc. and his team provide expertise to owners, developers, architects, government, engineers, contractors, and operations & maintenance staff to facilitate the delivery of high performance, green commercial and institutional buildings. The Cross Creek Initiative, Inc. implements programming, project management, systems definition, design management and integration, systems selection, low energy and water system design consultation, as well as assistance in the production of design and construction contracts.

Our team will organize and conduct design charrette workshops for building owners and design teams to ensure that the best possible solutions for each project are achieved by orchestrating the participation of all the major stakeholders.

The Cross Creek Initiative, Inc. has facilitated the development of numerous high performance green buildings independently as well as through the use of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Standard, and Green Building Initiative Green Globes Certification Program.
