Design Charrette Coordination & Owner Project Requirements Workshop
Our company will conduct design charrette workshops with owners, project team members, and other stakeholders to establish a succinct and workable summary of the Owner's Project Requirements.  Once these goals are established, they form a basis for the design and construction of each building space.

Qualification Analysis - Generating Green RFP's
We can assist owners with the conceptualization, proposal review and budgeting stages of a building project.  To accomplish this goal our team will provide insight and recommendations that build a solid foundation for the successful realization of cost-effective, high performance green buildings.

Life Cycle Analysis (LCA)
One of the most challenging aspects of green building is the closing of material loops in construction to avoid waste. The Cross Creek Initiative, Inc. will guide owners and design teams through the challenging materials selection process.

Design for Deconstruction & Disassembly (DfDD)
DfDD is the deliberate effort during the design phase of a project to maximize the potential for disassembly of the building, allowing for the recovery of material components for reuse and recycling, thus aiding in long-term waste generation. Developed through years of collaborative research, our company offers DfDD consulting services that are tailored to each project.
